The Operator

Christopher Campbell

Business must adapt or suffer the inevitable. I built SecureProspective to make the adaptation deliberate.

Technology
The Passion

It taught me to look forward — to see the future state before it arrives and build toward it. Started at MCI WorldCom in 1999, age 19. Field deployments for Bank of America, USDA wide-area network, Cisco infrastructure. Twenty-six years in technology. This is the Transform movement of the method: not AI-powered, but AI-native. Prefix dropped.

Construction
The Objective Truth

Fifteen years of electrical work. Commercial, residential, military bases. Low-voltage. Fire-alarm systems. Voltage is or is not present. Code is right or wrong. There is no spin in electrical work — only what is safe and what kills. This taught me Diagnose: find what is actually broken before touching anything. Most consulting de-emphasizes this step. I emphasize it.

Insurance
The Responsibility

Life, annuity, running an IMO. Stewardship for clients' long-term outcomes. ~$110M in annuity production assisted over six years. ~$18M/yr current volume. Eight active agents. Licensed: TX Life/Health/Annuity 3096607. Federal benefits specialist: FERS, CSRS, TSP, FEHB, LEO/ATC/researcher variations. This taught me Position and Shape: set up systems that last, structure every output so the person who owns it can actually own it.

The four-movement method was not invented in a consulting deck.

It was distilled from three careers that each taught one part of it. One movement per career. Thirty years of evidence.

Faith is part of who I am. It is why TFM exists as a client. SecureProspective is the consulting practice — built for businesses of any kind, faith-aligned or not. The method works the same either way.
