Fifteen years of electrical work. Commercial, residential, military bases. Low-voltage. Fire-alarm systems. Voltage is or is not present. Code is right or wrong. There is no spin in electrical work — only what is safe and what kills. This taught me Diagnose: find what is actually broken before touching anything. Most consulting de-emphasizes this step. I emphasize it.
Life, annuity, running an IMO. Stewardship for clients' long-term outcomes. ~$110M in annuity production assisted over six years. ~$18M/yr current volume. Eight active agents. This taught me Position and Shape: set up systems that last, structure every output so the person who owns it can actually own it.
